To use: Begin treatment two weeks before sun exposure, take 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water and preferably during a meal. Continue taking 1 capsule per day during sun exposure and continue for 1 week after.
This product is not a substitute for sun protection. Always use a protective cream before sun exposure.
